Booking Procedures
1. Enrolment
To protect your right, Before booking, please read the following and agree that before book the tour, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop to processing the booking

- Click [Book Now] , Choose “Route” + “Meeing Point” + “Departure Date” + “no. of passenage”
- Click “★ Travel Planning” in Left side
- “Booking System” will guide you step by step through the process
- Pay by “Credit Card” for full payment
- After completion of the payment transaction, a “Confirmation” will be shown on screen and email notification.
- Print “Email Notification” or downing “Tour Voucher”
- Show your “Tour Voucher” when on board
Good to know:
1. Please enter all information in the booking form. If the information you have provided is incomplete or inaccurate, we reserve the right to terminate our booking without notice to you.
2. Please enter correct email address and mobile number, for the purpose of verification.
3. Full payment must pay. If you fail to make a full payment by the relevant due date in respect of a booking, your booking will be cancelled automatically
4. Please book your flight tickets only after received our “Confirmation”.
5. Participants are fully responsible for all necessary Visa, Passport or other travel documentation for the countries to visit. All documents must be valid for at least 6 months or more. (Remark: To participate “Brown” line, participants must have a Schengen visa for two or more times)
6. Most attractions points in Europe cannot be reached directly by coaches, and will require participants to travel on foot. If the participants are of limited mobility, this tour may not be suitable for you. We cannot offer compensation or refunds for missed attractions, so please think twice before joining the tour. Once the booking is completed, it also means accepting the terms and conditions set by the tour operator.
Besides, we cannot ensure individual assistance on our coaches for wheelchair access, therefore the itinerary is not advised for wheelchair users and persons less mobile.

TOUR FAIR INCLUDES
1. Hotel: 3-star hotel accommodation, based on twin room with private bathroom.
- Continental breakfast included (Coffee or Tea、juice、 bread、jam)
- European hotels may be modest in size, and not provide complimentary bath toiletries.
- Please bring your own toiletries.
- Due to moderate European climate, hotels may not be equipped with standard air conditioning.
2. Transportation: Sightseeing and orientation tours on modern air-conditioned coaches
3. Tour Leader: English Tour Leader with bilingual broadcaster.
4. NOTE: G Tour is Speciality Journey – each journey has own topic! The details please refer to itinerary
TOUR FEES EXCLUDE:
- Travel insurance, travel document and visa fees
- Optional on-tour activities and entrance tickets to attractions. (please refer to Optional On-Tour Activities list)
- Service gratuity for the Tour Manager and Driver at € 10 / £ 10 per passenger per day. (payable for adult and child) Note : Egypt Tour $15 p.p.p.d.
- International or connecting flight tickets and excess luggage.
- Meals (lunch, dinner and drinks) and personal overheads such as laundry, internet, phone calls, compensation for losses etc.
- GOEUGO will accept no responsibility for loss of personal possessions or financial loss due to accident, delay, weather, strike or causes beyond control.
- Tourist tax and accommodation tax (please refer to Optional On-Tour Activities list)
- the accommodation before the tour start and last day of the tour
- Remark: G Tour is Speciality Journey – each journey has own Topic! The details please refer to the itinerary
Single Arrangement:
- Single Room Arrangement: Single supplement fee of €60 per person/night.
- If customer is willing to share the room with other tour member of the same gender, we will NOT charge the single supplement fee. Once a final decision has been made, it is not possible to amend the choice.
Note:
- Booking within 7 days of departure, if no share room available, our company has the right to charge a single room surcharge difference.
- GOEUGO condemns acts of violence and cannot be liable for any aggressive acts on tour or while participants share a twin room
(Share room arrangement is randomly arranged. Please consider the risk of participants personality and behavior. Once any dispute arises, we will not intervene. )
- Note: G Tour : NO shared room services
2. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULE AND REFUNDS
GOEUGO Tour: when apply, please read carefully the cancellation and refund policy. If you cancel your tour for any reason including medical or personal reasons, the following cancellation/refund charges will apply:
- 16 days prior departure – Full Refund
- 15-08 days prior departure – 50% of tour invoice will be deducted for rescheduling or cancelling
- Less than 7 days prior departure – NO REFUND will be given for rescheduling or cancelling
G Tour : when apply, please read carefully the cancellation and refund policy. If you cancel your tour for any reason including medical or personal reasons, the following cancellation/refund charges will apply:
- 31 days prior departure – Full Refund
- 30-16 days prior departure – 50% of tour invoice will be deducted for rescheduling or cancelling ; Note : Egypt Tour ,after deducting the cost of Ferry transportation and Air transportation, 50% of the rest tour invoice will be deducted for scheduling or cancelling.
- Less than 15 days prior departure – NO REFUND will be given for rescheduling or cancelling
3. PERSONAL LIABILITY
- Before book the tour, must read all terms and condition of “Notes on Enrolment”.
- If the participant(s) for any reason are overdue in missing their scheduled eg flight, train or bus etc. GOEUGO will not be responsible nor refund fees and costs incurred.
- GOEUGO accepts no responsibility for losses or any additional expenses or and distress due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes or any other causes.
- Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the day of arrival at your destination. GOEUGO will not be liable if customers fail this responsibility and are refused entry, or delay the rest of the tour group. Any financial losses due to the failure of carrying the correct travel documents are at one’s own expense.
- GOEUGO is not liable if passengers decide to withdraw from tour before the final disembarking point.
- Whilst every effort is made to operate this tour as itinerary, on occasion it may be necessary to make changes to the accommodation, the routing or order of an itinerary, refunds or compensation will not be payable for alterations to the itinerary or nightly accommodation.
- GOEUGO reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace itinerary, Hotel and/or transportation at any time.
- GOEUGO accepts no responsibility for any misconduct or problems caused by room sharing.
- GOEUGO reserves the right to remove any individual from the tour if his/her conduct is harmful or irreconcilable towards the welfare of other passengers in the tour group. GOEUGO shall be under no liability thereafter to such person.
- NO refund will be given for any non-participating activities. GOEUGO will not be responsible nor refund fees and costs incurred.
- GOEUGO reserves all copyright to use and reuse images and videos taken during tours.
- GOEUGO reserves the right to combine English, Chinese and Vietnamese speaking tours on the same bus.
4. RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY
- GOEUGO acts as an agent and/or intermediary for independent suppliers. As a result, it retains contractors to provide coach services, accommodation and travel-related services. GOEUGO accepts no responsibility for losses or any additional expenses or and distress due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes or any other causes.
- Participants shall carry their own risk assessment with regard to loss, injury to persons or property. GOEUGO is not liable for loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or charges made during the tour.
- GOEUGO will not be held responsible if passenger is carrying unlawful items or irregularities and are refused entry at any country border. Legal assistance and support are wholly the responsibility of the participant.
- Participants are wholly responsible to safeguard personal belongings during the tour. GOEUGO tour manager and driver cannot be held liable nor should they be asked to compensate for lost or stolen personal belongings due to theft, loss and other causes during the tour.
- GOEUGO reserves all copyright to use and reuse images and videos taken during tours. If you object, please indicate this to your tour manager in advance.
5. INSURANCE
Purchase of European travel insurance is strongly recommended. Please ensure that you are sufficiently covered for your entire trip
6. IMPORTANT NOTE TO TRAVELLER
BOARDING
Present your Booking Voucher to the tour manager when you board the coach. GOEUGO cannot allow delays by a single passenger or group. A participant’s negligence and late arrival can result in missed connections for other passengers. In case of emergencies, please call our emergency numbers as printed on your Booking Voucher.
GRATUITY
Tour managers and drivers are your hosts during the tour. They will help you explore and make the most of your time. Their passion for travel and local knowledge will enrich your holiday experience. Gratuity is paid directly to the tour manager and driver. We have set a obligatory tip of € 10 / £ 10 per passenger per day during your tour. Please prepare cash as a token of your appreciation. Note : Egypt Tour $15 p.p.p.d.
TIPS FOR TRAVELLER
- Please ensure that you have sufficient cash to pay for entrance tickets. Do refer to the Optional On-Tour Price List. Meals, tips, tourist tax, accommodation tax/entrance fees and expenses are payable on top of the tour price and itinerary. Please remember to pack prescribed medication, motion sickness medication, and other essentials for personal use.
GOEUGO will not be held responsible if passenger is carrying unlawful items or irregularities. Legal assistance and support are wholly the responsibility of the participant.

7. TRAVEL INFORMATION
MEAL
Only including Continental breakfast (included coffee/tea, juice). Lunch & Dinner on own.
Tour Leader will help with reservation or recommendations restaurant for consideration. If you have food allergies, please inform our tour leader if needs.
Note: Tour Leader happy to help, but you have the final say.
BAGGAGE
Participants are responsible for all personal belongings. Please note that tour fees and gratuity does not include carry baggage services. Driver will only taking baggage out or putting it in the Luggage Compartment. Each participant is allowed to bring one luggage on board (weight below 30kg, the sum of length, width and depth must not exceed 158cm). If passenger brings more than one subject to space available to charge each additional piece of luggage at €5/ day.
Note: G tour – the flight class maximum weight baggage allowance from Cairo to Aswan is 23kg. If exceed the weight, you can deposit the baggage in Cairo Hotel but do not store valuables there.
WHEELCHAIR
We cannot ensure individual assistance on our coaches for wheelchair access and many attractions points in Itinerary cannot be reached directly by coaches, participant might require to travel on foot. If the participants are of limited mobility, the tour is not advised for wheelchair users and persons less mobile.
REGULATIONS IN NATIONS
It is forbidden to bring contraband or other prohibited goods by law of each country that you are visiting. Smoking is prohibited in public places and restaurants (hotel rooms included) in Europe. Fines can be over EUR1,000. Please pay attention to signage where tourists are not allowed to sit or rest. Major attractions in Europe have heritage care rules punishable by fines.
SAFETY
Your safety is our top priority! Our driver is experienced and professional. Participants must wear seat belts installed on the Coach.
Before travel, let do a simple preparation: -
- Check destination information, including weather and customs. If necessary, please bring your own medication.
- Make photocopies of passport, visa and insurance details and leave these copies with relatives or friends.
- Theft can happen anywhere. Make sure your valuables are with you all the time. Never leave personal belongings unattended and create opportunities for thieves.
- Keep an eye on your personal belongings at all times, especially in crowded areas.
8. After Tour – Inquires and Complaints
We welcome any questions or complaints concerning the tour within 30 days you joined. please send all relevant information and booking number by email or by mail. (except the cases - prescriptive period is expired)
